	Dahlia Michalski graduated from Trinity Brands Beauty School in 1995. Dahlia Michalski has twelve years experience as a color specialist at Carmen Carmen Salon 'e Spa and has been an Artistic Director for the past ten years. Continuing her education through Avenda, in 2004, Dahlia achieved the Aveda certification of Purefessional and currently teaches Aveda color, theory, formulation, and application at salons across the United States. some of Dahlia's other achievements include being featured in Charlotte Women's Magazine as one of the top colorists in Charlotte, working with American Idol in Los Angeles, and having her work featured in national magazines like Euro Passion and many local hair magazines. She has worked on stage and has showcased her talents during live hair shows nationally.
	Song graduated from Southeastern Beauty college in Charlotte in 1998. She worked at Carmen Carmen Salon 'e Spa for eleven years, rising to the level of Artistic Director in 2001. Song has studied at the Aveda International Hair Academy in London, the Aveda Congress in Minneapolis, Aveda Master Jam's in Atlanta, Miami, and Dallas, and the Redken Exchange in New York. Throughout her career, she has also taught numerous classes in cutting and coloring. Her work has appeared in various publications, including Carolina Bride, Hair Style, Passion, and Cut & Style. Song enjoys doing makeovers and giving her clients a cut and style that fits their lifestyle. Her focus is on well-rounded, everyday looks combined with current trends. She also enjoys teaching her clients styling techniques so they can keep their hair looking good between appointments.
	Heather is originally from Pittsburgh, PA. She has been a professional for twelve years. Heather began her career in Pittsburgh with Philip Pelusi for four years. Heather was introduced to the Vidal Sassoon style of cutting which brought her to Charlotte, NC. She loves to handle textured hair such as thick and curly hair, and coloring hair. She also specializes in the Brazilian Keratin straightening treatment, specialty updos for weddings/proms and special events. She has trained extensively with Aveda and now is incorporating Redken and Bumble and Bumble. Heather has trained and taught upcoming stylists at Carmen and Carmen for six years while working there for eight. Heather has been published in hair magazines and has participated in editorial work and runway shows for benefits and hair shows. Heather has worked side-by-side with Dee and Song to lead us to today at Salon Tribeca. She has been at Salon Tribeca for two years.
	Michael has been a part of the Salon Tribeca team for approximately two years. He has been a stylist for five years. Michael recently moved to Charlotte from Wilmington, NC where he apprenticed under senior stylists at an upscale salon. Michael graduated from Cape Fear Community College and has since trained under Master Stylists Oscar and Wendy Bond. He does all aspects of hair services. Michael specializes in haircutting, color and is certified in the Brazilian Keratin straightening treatment. Michael’s blowouts are exceptional!
	Stephanie worked and trained in Carmen!Carmen in Charlotte for ten years before joining Salon Tribeca in July 2009. Stephanie is a graduate of Southeastern College of Beauty Culture since February 2001. Stephanie has also been a trainer to up-and-coming stylists for three years. Stephanie specializes in haircutting, color and is certified in the Brazilian Keratin straightening treatment.
